Hi, I have a couple of sites working on the Code-igniter framework. I want to change the design.

How hard will this be?
Also Is there anyone experienced enough to apply a Custom Design to my Code Igniter Sites.
" I am not sure of the framework design within in my site " but I require a custom design and adjustments if possible.
I have a site that I like that has a design I would like to replicate
