Different messages while connecting to MSSQL Server - El Forum - 01-27-2010

When I try to connect to MSSQL Server I am getting following message :

Warning: mssql_connect() [function.mssql-connect]: Unable to connect to server: GEEK-PC\SQLSERVER in G:\websites\localhost\test.php on line 7

But if I run the same script via command line I get this message:

Fatel Error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect() in .....

two different messages for same script? Why am I not able to connect to sql server.

SQL Server Version: 2005
OS : Windows
Server WAMP Server
PHP 5.2

Okey. But why am I not able to connect to mssql?

sqlsrv_connect is also not working. If I run from browser then I get die message, i.e. die('Something went wrong while connecting to MSSQL');
If I run from command line I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function sqlsrv_connect() in....

Okey. Now I am able to connect to MSSQL using sqlsrv_connect(). But I have to run this script from command line. And sqlsrv_connect is working only on browser not via commandline.
I am still getting this error:

The above PHP information I got from command line. As you can see there is no Sqlsrv extension.

But if I run a file contains "phpinfo function" from my web broweser I get this info:
