I can see there is some code here to generate forms based on DB tables

Did you try it yourself?
In the article the author says it depends on XAJAX.
The error the reviewer describes says xajax_js was undefined.
It might be that the reviewer did not configured it well.

Thanks, i resolved it and it's now working, i was using the wrong position/number for the parameter
