I wondered ifthe members of this forum could lend your opinion on a general CI question. I am looking for a senior drupal developer to replace a programming shop that currently does development for our firm. I am told they also need familiarity with CI. If we brought a senior level drupal developer in-house, do you have any idea how long it would take them to become proficient with this application?
i am trying to sort out a bit of a mess and I would really appreciate your opinion.

This is not a question that you can reasonably expect an answer to
