See attached image. For some reason I am not getting a captcha image on the auth screen for DX_auth. The directory is currently at 777.

I have had this same problem however I don't have open registration so I have never fixed it. I think it is just a problem with the the paths to the captcha. You are using the dx_auth captcha not the full captcha, right?

Yes, dx_auth captcha.
