Hello Everyone, I'm developing a multiligual website and I'm trying to get the CI french files, wich are supposed to be placed in system/language/french. Does anyone has these files. thanks in advance!

There are no "language" files other than the ones you create.
Change the language value in the config/config.php file from "english" to "french" (or whatever) and you're good to go. Try searching the forums for "multilingual" for more info on it anyway.
