When using the character_limiter function provided in the text helper, it seems to have problems with the 'à' character, displaying instead a <?> symbol. As far as I can see all the page and database encoding is correct (and all other accented characters display correctly), and word_limiter handles the 'à' symbol correctly. Have reverted to using word_limiter instead, but thought I should raise this issue as a possible bug.
