File Upload Error - El Forum - 01-31-2011

Hello everyone,
I am trying to use the Upload library to do a simple file upload to a server. So far, CodeIgniter has worked flawlessly. I have copied the code from the Upload manual line for line - I simply directly copied it just to verify how it works. For some reason, I keep getting the error "You did not select a file to upload". I have made sure that file that I am trying to upload is within the specified parameters. I have also checked the forums and Google to see if anyone else had my issues. All of the solutions that I have found have not worked. Does anyone else have issue when trying to copy the manual's code?
