Odd. I'm using CI2.0, and have that script working on a dev server (xampp/Windows), and a production server (litespeed/linux). Its probably something simple, like the fact that I didn't include my .htaccess file, which gets rid of index.php. Could be that I'm removing the url suffix in config/config ?

I am using it with HMVC; however, looking at your code this really should effect it.

I think all I can say is to debug it for your setup/application, and let me know when you've figured it out what you did. I'll update the download in the wiki if you can provide that info.
