Log In Issues - El Forum - 03-23-2011

Our CI web site has a user backend and I would estimate that at least 90% of our users have no problems logging in to the system. But other users have trouble logging in and we have troubleshooted the issue to anti-virus software running on the users machines. Is there any way we can workaround that issue? Thanks for any help.
