After a lot of thought on this subject I think I have found the answer to this problem!

Swap the FAST REPLY button and the POST REPLY button making the POST REPLY button first!

What do you think?

I think it will more efficient if EllisLab create just one "REPLY" button, with ajax form and complete tool over there.

name "fast reply" to "no code reply" and strip all tags
or have only post reply and place it at the end of the page to keep the last posts visible above for quick browsing - copying or keep it as it is and make a link for _blank for the last topic page url

@toopay ajax form restricts to having javascript enabled. Let's keep the forum wide.
