Problems running clean setup 2.0 - El Forum - 11-20-2011

Worked a lot with 1.7.* (and earlier) without any problems.
I've tried to setup the new 2.0 on my work server. still not a good result.
Set all the possible options in the $config['uri_protocol'] - CI 1.7 was REQUEST_URI.

Can anyone please advice me how to have CI 2 running. If not I will have to leave CI (what I do not want to do !!)
