image_lib new_image is availabe in R, C, X, W - El Forum - 12-25-2007

In User Guide, "new_image" is only available in Resize.
But actually, new_image can be used with R,C,X,W.
I don't think new_image must be available only in Resize.
So, this is a bug of User Guide?
