How can I stop the user from just holding down F5 and refreshing the page numerous times. Three or four pages refreshes on the same page is fine, but when they fall asleep with their finger on F5 then it becomes a resource problem. What's an intelligent way, besides page or database caching, to restrict this behaviour?
