Codeigniter CMS - El Forum - 03-18-2012

I am making a fund raising website, I want to use Code Igniter as my framwork.

I need a CMS to be fully flexible to add my own db tables, new components, modules etc? Which in future I will link to the admin panel.

I heard a lot for Pyro and Ionizecms

But which will be the best for me? Can anyone help me.

You have to pay for the addon modules.

The paid version gives you:
- multi-site support
- stream data (custom database fields)
- admin themes
and it allows you to remove the PyroCMS link from your front pages.

For $45, I think it's a bargain.

If you look for full-blown CI CMS, Expression Engine is a way to go.

But if you looking for free CI CMS, go with Pyro. Well, anyway, is there any CI CMS which did not fails upon the instalation, beside Pyro? Smile I can recommend the same, Pyro is neat.

I'm not too sure I like PyroCMS being suggested as just a cheap option next to ExpressionEngine, they are two pretty different products.
