I just one two create one website with two languages.
I am not sure whether CodeIgnitor provide the library or helper for auto translate without insert two different content of each language.
So does CodeIgnitor provide this library or helper?

CI has ability to work with multiple languages well. You will need to setup a language file to implement this.
