I mean the CodeIgniter REACTOR fork. This "REACTOR" was the community development version beside of the main branche from EllisLab. I can't find any information about this. sorry for my english!

The Github development branch is Reactor, they've just dropped the pointless name. http://codeigniter.com/news/github_reactor_and_v2.0.3
