I am told that to install Migrations for CI that I need to download the file from the wiki at this link: https://github.com/EllisLab/CodeIgniter/wiki/Migrations
But I get an error that I cannot edit the wiki when I click on the file download link halfway down the page. How do I get access to these files? I don't want to edit the wiki. I just want to download the files. It looks like someone miscoded the download link from what I can tell in my status bar.
Please can someone help me with this? Thanks.

The files no longer exist since they moved the wiki to github. The wiki was a mess with lots of old outdated code and was getting hit heavy with spam.

I meant GitHub. If you look at the path of the link above, you'll see it includes wiki. Is that the right place to look?
