SaaS Application Template? - El Forum - 01-28-2013

I left CI for a bit (RoR...ugh), but now I'm back and hoping someone can help point me to the following. I'm looking for an SaaS template of sorts that has authentication/login, and subscription payments built in. Something that is more or less equivalent to this: http://railskits.com/saas/
My app will provide for 1-N administrators per account, and administrators can add additional users up onto a limit set forth in the subscription plan chosen. From there, users will be able to access only data related to them, while administrators can access all.
I've searched the web, but haven't been able to find anything with all of the pieces together. All advice is greatly appreciated, especially if you've used something such as this before with success. I'm definitely willing to pay if it ticks all the right boxes.
