Moving Sub Folders From Application To System Folders Error - El Forum - 10-05-2013

Hi these folders here I have move into a new folder called system/engine/ I use to be able to do it but for some reason can not get it to work again. I tried to change path in index but didn't work this time.
Any thought on how to get the new location working with correct code changes can not seem to find correct code in help contents.
I get a error code saying can't find constants.php I have tried to change correct path in index.
application/cache, application/config, application/core, application/helpers, application/hooks
application/libraries, application/logs, application/thirdparty
