Need help modifying META data - El Forum - 11-16-2013

I notice that the home page header is referencing header.php, however when I open that up it is just referencing dynamic meta descriptions/titles:
Example:
<meta name="description" c />
<meta name="keywords" c />
When I go to controller folder, I do not see the home page (they have it called front) anywhere.
Anyone know how I can change home page meta details?
