unable to complete install of EE2.9 - El Forum - 07-26-2014

I used IIS 7.5(due to company wanting it) and all related DB (MySql) and is working fine. I tried to emulate the same at another PC with same config it says the following during install. Is there any settings or something I might be missing or failed to install?

It is working now after reinstall of MySql and other php related connector for IIS.
