twitter boostrap css expert needed - seanloving - 10-10-2015
we have full blown CI 2.02 application using twitter bootstrap but none of us 4 developers knows the css part well enough to work fast enough. experts only please send a message, then we can talk on Skype. Looking for a person, not a team.

This really depends on what you are trying to do with the css, bootstrap is built on less and sass.
which means it needs to be re-compiled in one of them to make any major changes.
You can make minor changes using the ccss properties but that's it.
