My all charset config are sets to "UTF-8"
On my database. I have this string "ãゃらã‚ã‚‹å ‚",it should display
"きゃらめる堂" .
Since, I want to re-code my website using codeigniter, I've been searching a lot of methods to fix this but all of them are not working.. anyone?

The string in the database is wrong. I have no problem with japanese
