I guess it's about 10-12 hours on average. Still thinking of an efficient way to reduce my screen time, but at the same time, to be able to finish all the tasks I am supposed to complete.

8 - 10 Hours, sitting in front of the screen, is stressful for the eye and body. Doing a workout helps a lot.
