Vista Basic built with CodeIgniter - pdfisk - 05-06-2017

Vista Basic is a new language and development environment for creating web applications.

I chose CodeIgniter as the server framework because of its quality and stability.

Here is a link to the blog post describing the technology stack:

RE: Vista Basic built with CodeIgniter - skunkbad - 05-06-2017

I've been using CodeIgniter since 2009, and having a hard time understanding what Vista Basic can do. I'm probably just like most devs that are writing code in a text editor. So, dumb it down for me ...

RE: Vista Basic built with CodeIgniter - PaulD - 05-07-2017

I misread vista basic as visual basic. I am not sure vista basic is new or will even be supported for long. Is it not a rubbish version of windows built to run on very basic (old) machines?

I like the idea but not the chosen name vista if failed version of $M Smile maybe BasicWeb or VisualWeb is good...
