Hi , i use a library to receive payments from paypal :
paypal_library
It work but i dont receive the ipn message .
In my business account , i set ipn url , but if i see message it show failed .
How can i debug ?

I think you should share the screenshot of the IPN history from your PayPal account, then experts here will check and let you know the issue.
