For fast web development , Choose Codeigniter 3 - Community Activist - 01-02-2019
If you want to build something fast, I’d recommend picking up CodeIgniter 3 and working on a sample project. However, if you are wanting to learn more and have a little more time on your hands, I’d recommend looking at CodeIgniter 4.
