I see that Kenjit's benchmark framework (used in the medium.com link you cite) seems to have CI4.0-dev as one of the frameworks it knows about, but that is very out-of-date.
I plan to add it to phpbenchmarks.com, this summer, but that will take a while to show up (CI3 was added in January, but hasn't been integrated into their results yet).
I am unaware of other benchmark results.

Make sure you turn on opcache in your php.ini file will really speed it up.

Turned on . botstrapping reduced from 200-400 ms to 60 ms etc... but i wanna see ci4 in some comparation charts along other frameworks ..
