CodeIgniter 4.0.0-beta.4 released - jlp - 07-25-2019
CodeIgniter-4.0.0-beta.4 launches today

This is a pre-release of 4.0.0. It is not suitable for production! (but it is pretty darn close)
Highlights:
- The Entity class has been refactored (breaking change)
- The Model class changing has been updated to better handle soft deletes (breaking change)
- The routing has been beefed up (breaking change)
- Fixed a number of issues & enhanced things a bit
- Database.noDateFormat
Looking to upgrade from CI3 to CI4?

We had hoped that we wouldn't need another beta round, but you need to be aware of the breaking changes,
so that the release candidate won't be a surprise. We are targetting the first release candidate for the end of August.
