Hi, I just uploaded an older uncompleted project of mine at GITHub.

It manages language strings from codeigniter on updates incl. add, delete, modify strings from one master lanuage fileset.
The software adds as well a translation workflow with progress dashboards about the translation progress.
If developers here are interested to help complete this tool, please drop me a line. I will take care about the project mgmt. concept, documentation and workpackage tracking.
The code is published under MIT
The documentation and Wiki will follow as soon as developer(s) commited to this project.
