I got a problem in my project, when it was hosted on a web server. The request from the URL is always not found.

I never like to assume. What version of CI are you using? This may be a configuration issue. We need more information. When you say that the URL is always not found how do you have CI configured? Also, have you read the documentation about configuring CI?
