Dumb question but are you guys using IE Internet Explorer?
If so you need to go into the internet options and tell it to use third party cookies.
Here is a break down on what you need to do for IE Internet Explorer.
1) Top right hand side click on the cog wheel.
2) Click on the bottom Internet Options.
3) Click on the top Privacy tab.
4) under the top settings label.
5) Click on the Advanced button.
6) make sure that first party and third party cookies are checked to Accept.
7) Make sure that the bottom checkbox Always allow session cookies is also checked.
