I believe that Lonnie is working on a new book for CodeIgniter 4, but that book is an excellent
book on CodeIgniter 4.

i need to increase my knowledge for programming language and i think Lonnie's book is perfect for me

I haven't updated it in a while, but I believe it should still all be relevant. If you find anything that isn't working let me know and I can fix it and release a new version.
I am currently working on a new site and some video courses, but that's still a couple of months out.
