XML-RPC WSDL equivalent? - El Forum - 06-04-2008

SOAP has WSDL to describe a webservice. Doeas XML-RPC have something similar? If so, is it built into the CI XML-RPC class?
I built an XML-RPC server sending out data and I have a flex developer accessing that server. He requested a WSDL file because it will "make his job easier". I suggested he look into finding an open-source XMP-RPC client built using actionscript. Anyone have any further/better thoughts on this issue?
