Ci3 is a very simple and great performing roof.
You can get a project off the ground quickly, avoiding rigid psr rules.
Everything is very simple and easy thanks to its great performance and easy syntax.

Create a survey, or even create a donation platform and help us provide financial support to continue ci3 development.

The problem with CI 3 is that we do not have enough developers to work on it.
Everyone is welcome to Contribute to it if they want to.
But we do recommend that you try to move to CodeIgniter 4, which is up to date.

Did a completely separate team develop ci4?

Why did this team develop ci4?
Is it not aware of the impact of ci 3?
People preferred ci3 to not use heavy frameworks like Laravel, Senfony, to not manage strict Psr rules.

Ci3 may seem contrary to psr standards, but I managed an e-commerce with 1500K visitors instantly in ci3 with php 8.1. and it did not cause me any difficulties.

There are too many conflicting points in ci 4. In fact, the mistake of ci4 was to update it to php 8++ compatibility again after it was published, as if it was rewritten. I think in this update, the developers skipped some codes in order to be fast.
