Redirect executes controller twice

Hi

I got a bit of a head scratcher. When I redirect it seems that the controller is executed twice and during that second time my flashdata is empty.
In the attachment you it starts by saying it redirects. Sends the output to browser and then it seems to start over again.
I have used "tail -f logs/logfile" command to see the action and this happens during this one redirect.
