Also <title> in docs need to be changed, now there is 3.0-dev

Its nice to have this one at last
There already a lot of apps working with 3.devs versions so its already heavy used Framework version

I hope that soon we will have an open discussion for future improvements and changes of the Framework

2. How possible can namespace be integrated to CI ?
