why redirect is not work with IE

i have problem with my form and redirect

when i put the correct username and password it will be back to the same form

why ?
any body can help me please ?

let me explain for you
i have login form
i made code if you inserted the correct username and pass it will redirect you to another page

if not it will go to another page and ask you to try again


on IE the redirect is not work

that is mean
if i insert the correct username and password it will redirect me to the login form again (this same page)
