Multiple file upload

Hi All,

Again i am here with a prob...like i uploaded a file, again i uploaded some more files.

So i want to get list or thumbnails of these uploaded files, and also suppose i want to delete some of file among uploaded files..

how i can implement it...

i am working on it , since last week, So plz help

Sir i have it in my plan to implement, its not implemented till now..PLz HElp
