CodeIgniter vs. Pylons

Hey, how do you guys think codeigniter stacks up against pylons in terms of design, ease of use, code cleanliness, extensibility, speed, and general philosophy?

you don't have to answer all those, just looking for opinions. I came across pylons and it seems to be similar to codeigniter

Pylons makes it easy to build websites with Python, CI makes it easy to use the MVC pattern in php. Python is not out of the box website friendly like php is.
Comparing these would be like comparing swing with scriptaculous.
