how can I protect my code ?

I am developing official applications.
I want to add license or code prevention against theifs.
it may not only against to customer, this protection also can be against hosting compainies which are copying code from your hosting account.

In this case, how can I protect my code and how can I achieve this without losing performance.

Another question in my mind, do I have any change to register my code as a class of system.
I mean, do we have opportinuity to register our base system as a sdk to system?
than anyone can use it?

Look at something like ionCube encoder. It will allow you to encode part or all of your project to protect your intellectual rights.

It isn't free but it's well worth the money.

Just use a decent hosting company and write up an SLA instead of trying to encode it. Firstly, no encoding is foolproof. Secondly, the hosting company probably doesn't care.

If you are worried about the web host stealing your code, I recommend finding a new host. Or getting a dedicated server to host the app.
