I have figured out the problem.
The extra ?> was caused by my template.php
I should not have had a closing ?> at the end of that file. When I removed it, that got rid of it.
Once again thankyou all.
This is one of the best communities I have been in, normally if this was C++ and I was on another community designated "X" I would be getting hounded with silly remarks instead of solutions and ideas.
