Hi,
Well it is no different than the normal implementation of Jquery. You can include the script (jquery.js) file in your views and use the functions as normal. So there is no special way of implementing it in CI. Well on the contrary there is a library that someone created for easy implementation of jquery in CI so lemme check it for you real quick.
