Upgrading from CI 1.7.3 to latest 2.2.0 ?

Hello,

Can I safely use this guide below to upgrade from CI 1.7.3 to the latest 2.2.0 ? I am asking because it shows for 2.0.0 and not sure what changes are done on the latest exactly. So, basically can I simply download the latest 2.2.0 only without any previous one and directly upgrade my old 1.7.3 ?

There are upgrade instructions for each new version and you should gradually upgrade between them. Basically - yes, you have to follow the upgrade guide for 2.0.0, but also all the ones that are following it.
