[POLL] International Forum as separate main section?

I have a suggestion to the administration. How to look at, to create international forum sections?
Now there is a general section  http://forum.codeigniter.com/forum-25.html  
But this theme. Can do a section "Regional User Groups", or "International User Group".
For example:

And for help you ask at the other sections of the forum not at regional..

Its not a problem to have threads as it is now but I think that this is enough.
