uploading mp3 files

As mentioned above, both ini settings need to be set to the same value.

they r the same value, n i have solved the problem adding application/octet-stream to mime types solved the problem, there was a missspeling, that's why it didn't work for the first time after adding, now it works now everyone could upload any file with this mime type :/
