Login page not function after changing application environment.

Sorry to all, I have got an error after changing codeigniter environment from development to production. I have attached a screenshot.          


The following is the CI version.

CI version 3.1.7, 
Control Panel Version: 3.2.2,
XAMPP Version: 7.1.7,
Windows Version: Pro 64-bit.  Any help please.

Do you think this information is enough to find out the reason of error?

Did you change your base url?
Did you move the application or system directories?

Could be a lot of things, but we would need more information.
