Form builder
#1

Hi all,

We are looking for a form builder we can embed in our website.

Events use our website to manage vendors.  Vendors need to fill out a customer form created by the event in order to be considered for the event.

We hope to incorporate a form builder, drag/drop style that allows our event customers to create nice looking forms.  Then when a vendor applies they fill out the event form. The data (form view with filled in answers) needs to be viewable by the event.

We were using javascript from formBuilder.online and it was working reasonably well but he seems to have closed things down and we have some issues with it.

Can anyone recommend anything?  We are searching around but it is difficult because when you look for "form builder" you get all of the online versions.  We need something that runs from our server and hoping not to re-invent the wheel with this.

Thanks in advance.

That is the one we are using and it now appears his website is back.  But it is not super robust.  We are having an issue with it that when a user pastes in text from a google document it crashes with some strange characters in the Json data.  So the input into the form elements seems not well filtered.

It almost is exactly what we want if we can just make it more robust, but this post is to see if there are other options.

Thanks for your response!
