CodeIgniter.com - Report problems! |
Version 3 of the user guide is the default link on the main page, and it returns a 404 error instead of the actual guide.
Direct download from homepage and from download section not working too. Both leading to https://codeload.github.com/codeigniter4...zip/v4.0.2 , which returns 404 error.
Hello, The codeignighter 3 documentation is off-line as well as other pages within the website. Can someone please check this and get it back online asap.
Thank you.

Definitely something funky going on since I log in via SSH and am hit with non-stop errors about the Firewall hitting a connection limit. Investigating.I understand very well what it's like to take responsability with the train running. But I'm sure everything will be fine, soon. This pandemic may try to be a Bug for all of us, but it will not be Thank you Kilishan.
Looks like the userguide links are broken. All of the below are returning 404 errors:

I'm not 100% sure they are solved. The website code had an inefficient use the GitHub API that was hitting more often than it needed and wasn't always caching it. The errors that were being thrown were because we were over the limit on our GitHub api calls. I few weeks ago I had refactored the code to be more efficient in it's usage. I added a try/catch block that was missing and pushed the new site up. That got it running. Just got to thinking that it might have been tied to Jim's GitHub account and might need to be changed. Still investigating everything around it. And of course it happens when I'm slammed with everything else in my life too so it's moving a little slower than I'd like, but it's getting there. We will survive.
When will the codeigniter 3 documentation go back online?
It is still returning 404 error: https://codeigniter.com/user_guide/index.html |
